On Wednesday, June 27, 2012, France Education Northwest (FEN) invites you to enjoy a delicious meal prepared by renowned French Chef Jacques Boiroux. Join fellow Francophiles for a taste of Southern France‘s evening! With Summer right around the corner it’s a perfect time to enjoy Bouillabaisse, an outstanding Provençal fish soup – delicious broth, different kinds of fish and seafood, and a big hunk of bread to soak up every drop in the bowl. With its soul in the flavors of the Provencal region: garlic, saffron, olive oil and tomatoes.

Revenues from the Regional Dinner entirely benefit to France Education Northwest, a 501c3 non-profit organization founded by people involved in the French American Chamber of Commerce of the Pacific Northwest. Its main goal is to promote French culture in the Pacific Northwest through four main programs & activities: Regional Dinners, A l’Ecole, French interns and Bastille Day Festival.
