Responsibilities:

  • Manage high volume inbound calls
  • Communicate quickly and professionally to customer questions and concerns
  • Make efficient use of a multi-screen computer set up
  • Maintain customer records by clearly and consistently updating the database
  • Keep a consistent attitude of genuine care and desire to help

Qualifications:

  • Must be fluent in French
  • 1 year experience providing customer service over the phone
  • Strong preference given to candidates with veterinary clinic experience, including both
  • patient and customer care
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Skilled at online research
  • Ability to learn quickly in an ever-changing environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
