On Tuesday, March 11, France Education Northwest (FEN) invites you to enjoy a delicious meal prepared by renowned French Chef Jacques Boiroux.
Winter is a perfect time to enjoy a dinner from Southern France featuring Bouillabaisse, an outstanding fish soup full of the flavors of the Provencal region: garlic, saffron, olive oil and tomatoes in a delicious broth. Add to this different kinds of fish and seafood and of course classic French bread to soak up every drop!
